Returns & Exchanges
- All Returns/Exchanges may be made via mail or brought into our stores for your convenience.
- New, Unused, Unopened Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days for Store Credit Only. If you made your purchase online, you have 14 days to return your new, unopened, and unused items For Store Credit Only. Tags, packaging materials, manuals, warranties, and original carton must be intact. We will not accept washed, dirty, opened, or used items. If the item is defective according to manufacturer's warranty, then we can exchange it for the exact same item.
- Should you be shipping your items back, you will be responsible for shipping charges. It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance for items over $50 . LoveBug Baby & Kids is not responsible for merchandise lost by the shipping service. Once inspected by the returns team from LoveBug Baby you will be issued a gift card with a store credit for the original purchase price. Gift cards can be used in store or online at our website.
- Any gift returns will receive store credit in amount of the current selling price. No cash refunds are available. Items must be new, unopened, and unused in order to be exchanged for credit. We will not accept items that have been used, washed, or are dirty. Store Credit may be used in store or online on our website www.lovebugbabyboutique.com . We do not accept exchanges on special orders.
- All Gift Cards are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. You have (1) Full Year from the Day of Purchase to redeem your Gift Card.
- All Purchase Made Using AfterPay as a form of payment are Final Sale
- Due to the nature of some of these items No Refunds or Exchanges will be granted on the following items : SALE/Discounted items, Skincare and Bath Care Products, Amber Teething Necklaces , Hair Accessories, Cloth Diapers, Diapering Products, Anything Perishable, Hygienic items , Limited Edition, or Special Orders.
